      whats the difference ?

      k whats the difference between astral travel/projection and lucid dreaming . and like can u do the same things in astral travel like control everything and fly and stuff ?

      Yes, because "astral projection" occurs while dreaming. It is, in effect, a dream in which the person does not realize that they are dreaming, but believes they are in a realm which they can alter.
