Heard (here on DV) that for some, when their dream is about to end everything turns black then they wake up, but its fast, so probably you have the same just that it's slower? |

There have been a few times when, after a lucid dream has ended, I find myself in darkness, like my eyes are closed. But it's strange, I'm not really awake but at the same time I'm out of a dream stage. One time, I was able to maneuver it to be a DEILD, while the other times, I simply woke. It's a bit of a confusing state. I suppose it could be SP, but it's nonetheless strange. Anybody know anything about this? |

More often than not this signifies the end of a dream. If you manage to take ontrol over your surroundings while this is happening you have the potential to achieve a DILD. |

I used to have that. When I was 8, I was eaten by a T-Rex in a dream. The dream stayed black for 5 minutes, but I wasn't awake. No sound, visuas, sensations, nothing. It was very peaceful. |

I sleep in the dark and have many FA's of being in the dark, but I do recall this happening to me too. |
