Hi Emin and welcome!

A few things...

First of all I completely agree with Barbizzle about your sleep patterns. The body has a very strong internal clock referred to as a circadian rhythm. This page is worth checking out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadi...sleep_disorder There are many systems running within your body (eg body temperature, appetite, alertness, hormone secretion and sleep timing) which are governed by your 24 hour circadian rhythm. A disrupted cycle affects the function of these systems so you are best to try to get back into a regular routine if possible.

Second, with regards to dream recall, I find this technique invaluable:

Do this for as long as you can. The longer the better. It is quite boring to do but the pay-off is that the next night you will find that your dreams will be longer and more real. The effect becomes more pronounced with each passing night provided you make the effort to do this when you wake up each morning. I usually do it for 5-10 minutes if I can.
For some reason it is very boring doing this but if you make the effort it does seem to work. Once you have done it, get up and write your actual dream down in your dream journal.

Lastly, you might be interested in a thread I posted recently about an absolutely exhilarating dream I had which left me in a weird euphoric state for 4 hours. Funnily enough, since having this experience I opened Stephen LaBerge's book and the very first paragraph was someone's account of the exact same thing. Here's my dream story http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=70288

All the best!
