Thread: Ages?

I had all of the 2 or 3 LDs that I've had so far when I was 13. After that I lost interest and stopped actively trying to recall them until about a week ago. I'm 17 now and no LDs yet, although recently I've been recalling my dreams a lot better than I used to, when I had those few lucids. I wonder if it's a result of my age, intent, gap between my current and previous DJ entries, or what?

I'd be interested to see the results of a study on age and dream recall, if there's one out there.

Tons of kids I knew/know that had/have horrible dream recall... since I always got good recall got really interested in dreamns and started training to control dreams really young, took me long to accomplish it, tough <.<
My age, 18.

I'm 17. From about 12 to 15, I don't think I could even remember a dream more than once a month, if that. Ever since I joined this website, though, it's gotten progressively better.

Another quick question to add to the poll....

Of the LD'ers, are you introverted or extroverted? Or even better yet, do you know your personality type?

I'm an introvert...INFJ. Most people think I'm a definite extrovert because I can spark up conversations with people quite well, and I really enjoy people. But keeping with the definitions of the different personalities, I'm definitely introverted. Plus too much external stimuli (e.g. parties) makes me want to retreat into a quiet place.

Introverted = feeds off internal energy.
Extrovert = feeds off external energy.

I'm an introvert.

I am 17, and until I started practicing lucid dreaming I could hardly remember a single dream, but since I got involved in this stuff my dream recall is a 100 times better!

I'm very extroverted, usually the life of the party type type guy, not many people know or would probably think that I was into dreams like this.

I'm 24. I had my most vivid dreams when I was around 15. I'm not sure if I'm an extrovert or an introvert. I'd say I'm somewhere in the middle leaning toward introvert.

I'm 16, and I can naturally remember two or three dreams a night. It's gotten consistently better after I joined this site and consciously thought about dream recall. I'm introverted, and try to rely only on myself, but I don't mind at all being with other people.

I'm 14, I feel like the baby of this forum lol!

I think I'd say I'm more introverted. I don't mind being with other people, but I don't really speak that much when with others, most of the time.

Oh, I forgot, I'm turning 15 around the day I should have my first LD if what I've been told is true and that it takes around 4 weeks to get an LD.

I'm introverted even though I look like an extravorted. I'm always talking in class, I make friends really easily... But when it comes to doing the work, I rather work alone. I can't descrive myself as extraverted since my life is kind of a secret to everyone. Like this, i've kept this a secret (the LD thing) I have lots of things I just do alone, but also I like people even though people sometimes really annoy me...
