I'd go with tape, and I wouldn't need to wear it all day (I'd concentrate on the tape during a WBTB, and be aware of it as I sleep). Have you heard of the Focus Attention Tehnique? |

well when i was winter camping over the weekend i had a lucid dream (yay). anyways i also thought of somthing that might help you to have a lucid dream. im trying this right now what you do is write on your hand "reality cheak" then whenever you look at your hand it reminds you to do a reality cheak. also if your in a dream and you end up looking at your hands and it dosent say reality cheak you know its a dream and you can preform another realit cheak just to be sure. but if it dose say reality cheak in a dream you will preform a reality cheak and then know that this is a dream. i think it could work, only problem is i dont know what i should use to write on my hand. |
