I get quite a few, but the one that's bothered me the most for years now is the difficulty breathing. But, since I've learned about lucid dreaming I become more aware that my breathing is actually fine and its my mind messing with me, so I chill out, try to make my breathing even and then try to get out of sleep paralysis. I've had my share of visual and audio and sensed presences, though. They don't bother me that much. Actually the audio is a little alarming but not too hard to take care of once you know you're hallucinating. |
