Thread: Which SP hallucinations do you get!

I have strong audio. Lately I have been feeling electric stream up my body...I guess these are vibrations . My strongest WILD ever was when I had hallucinations before entering the dream.

I always fell little hands pulling on my legs in a reythem.
its like this leg, than that leg, back and fourth each time my legs get a little bit longer.
It fells like little calws. And I here little demonic laughs, sometimes its hard not to laugh with them lol

I seem to get quite a lot of those. The only boxes I couldn't tick were "other" and "sensed presence". One time I had SP it felt like a chainsaw was going through my foot (except there was no pain). I could hear it and my whole body was vibrating. It was a weird feeling that came on suddenly; it startled me right out of it. Most common for me are audio and visual hallucinations, and feeling like I can't breathe properly.

I get it all

The only one I rarely get is suffocation.

I never get the cant breathe deal.
Dose it only fell like you cant breathe? or is it you really cant? Becuase if you really cant thats bad. you should tell your doctor about it

If someone cannot breathe.. Or so they think, what do they do? Just relax?

Isn't it quite rare to even know you have sleep apnea...

Isn't it like sleep walking? Not really recognized by the sufferer?

Beats me, I don't have it. I would wake up in the middle of the night because my roommate was gagging in her sleep. It was fucking terrifying because every time it happened I would wake up in a panic convinced she was dying, then lay there until she went back to breathing. And then lay there until my heart went back to beating before I could fall asleep again

I DO NOT have fond memories of sleep my freshmen year

I get ALL of them, its horrid.

My room is mostly completly dark, but when it isnt i get visual
The audio is mostly buzzing or cars like sounds (there rarely drives a car in my street). Once i heard 3 voices arguing and presences standing next to my bed, it was a demon sent by satan to take me to hell as he claimed and 2 gaurdian angels defending that it cant be done and wont let him pass.

I get them all. Usually sensed presence, audio and tactile. Visual is next most often for me. If I WILD then I get a lot of electric tingling feelings and sometime the suffocation stuff.

I checked sensed presence and suffocating.

I only get SP when I am waking up, usually from nightmares/lucid dreams. The presence is the worst. Feels like some kind of demon is standing at the foot of my bed. But since I always realize that it's just SP, it's not that bad. Suffocating really has only happened to me once, but still... I'm just glad I don't get visual/ audio mixed in with these. Some of these accounts sound dreadful.

Quick question: Do you only get visual when you try to open your eyes?

With the two WILDs I've had I've heard rushing noises almost like waves, felt massive vibrations and then procced to feel like I'm rolling to my side for around a minute.

It's not, but it's a hallucination that it's happening.

I said audio, visual, and difficulty breathing, although I'm not sure whether I've ever fully experienced SP. Audio's always a weee-ooohh-weee-oooh sound (like the Doppler effect, only different). Once I saw BrBrBrBrBr written all over my vision; it was odd.

I probably should've checked other as well, since my heartbeat speeds up a ton and I hyperventilate (which is a royal pain when I'm trying to count breaths and breathe deeply). Are these also hallucinations, or are they actually happening because I get too excited?

Shadows that are three dimensional.Loud Noises.The feeling of falling.I hate it the most when the loud noises happen,and the shadow people.

I got the non breathign one, one time! But I knew it was not real, so I did not care, because it was so relaxing, almost like I was about to pass out.
It made me fell so peacful lol..

To prevent this from happening.
Just focus on your breathing when you WILD.
say in your head "I know I am always breathing" (No more inner dialog).
Then just focus on your breathing, and let your body breathe on its own. Its very relaxing.

what counts as a haluncinaton? i ALWAYS lay on my back with my hands down by my sides, but as soon as I'm in SP i feel like they're crossed on my lap, well wierd! coz i KNOW theyr on the bed, but not only can i feel my hands crossed, i can feel my legs under them, and the pressure of my hands on my legs. but i KNOW my hands on on the bed by my side. haha.

once, while i was counting, someone told me that i had to slow down counting and wait for larry. there was no audio or visual as such, i just sort of was aware that it was going on around me?

no haha. i kept counting thinkin "whos this larry geezer". it wasnt until the scene had finished until i realised that something quite weird had just happened lol

But it's only happened once so far.

It was really odd considering: A. the room was completely black, so the visual was small and square-shaped, as if i were seeing in on a screen somewhere in the room, and B. it looked like it was taken with an infared camera, so the figures I thought were in my kitchen were just shadowy outlines.

When I WILD'ed today, my eyes kept opening up so this confirms this.
