Thread: Which SP hallucinations do you get!

I just get tactile and electricity, no visual or audio.

I think I messed up my poll.

Usually some staticly feelings, and most of the time, halucinations. But I haven't pulled it off often.

The only SP where something happened, I was kidnapped. So it was like tactile, I guess.

Mostly tactile, then visual at the latter stages. Sometimes audio. Of course, I'd consider "electric feeling" tactile, too.

What does the tactile hallucination feel like with you? For me, I either feeling like I am sitting up or a part of my body moves.

Electric and audio.

Generally visual...

Most recent examples- Hordes of spiders dangling by a strand from the ceiling, needles attached to robotic arms protruding from the walls, aliens looking through windows in the wall, shadow humanoids.

Disturbing to most, but useful to me, as when I am threatened by such things I am usually able to become lucid.

Others include tactile and auditory at roughly 1/2 the frequency of visual.

eg: Disorientation of gravity, floating feeling, slow down of repeating noises (such as fan or heart beat background noise)

Ocassionally I will have the electric problem.

eg: Feels like I have a jolt burning through my brain, or sometimes accompined by visual. I will wake up and see blue electrical disharges at a distant location (down the hall etc...) and feel tingly with powerful jolts.

I get them all. Usually sensed presence, audio and tactile. Visual is next most often for me. If I WILD then I get a lot of electric tingling feelings and sometime the suffocation stuff.

I checked sensed presence and suffocating.

I only get SP when I am waking up, usually from nightmares/lucid dreams. The presence is the worst. Feels like some kind of demon is standing at the foot of my bed. But since I always realize that it's just SP, it's not that bad. Suffocating really has only happened to me once, but still... I'm just glad I don't get visual/ audio mixed in with these. Some of these accounts sound dreadful.

Quick question: Do you only get visual when you try to open your eyes?

Shadows that are three dimensional.Loud Noises.The feeling of falling.I hate it the most when the loud noises happen,and the shadow people.

I got the non breathign one, one time! But I knew it was not real, so I did not care, because it was so relaxing, almost like I was about to pass out.
It made me fell so peacful lol..

To prevent this from happening.
Just focus on your breathing when you WILD.
say in your head "I know I am always breathing" (No more inner dialog).
Then just focus on your breathing, and let your body breathe on its own. Its very relaxing.

what counts as a haluncinaton? i ALWAYS lay on my back with my hands down by my sides, but as soon as I'm in SP i feel like they're crossed on my lap, well wierd! coz i KNOW theyr on the bed, but not only can i feel my hands crossed, i can feel my legs under them, and the pressure of my hands on my legs. but i KNOW my hands on on the bed by my side. haha.

once, while i was counting, someone told me that i had to slow down counting and wait for larry. there was no audio or visual as such, i just sort of was aware that it was going on around me?

no haha. i kept counting thinkin "whos this larry geezer". it wasnt until the scene had finished until i realised that something quite weird had just happened lol

I feel vibrations and an electric feeling. I also hear a noise that sounds like blood rushing to my head except much louder. Unfortunately its never become a lucid

I've had audio, visual, tactile, and electric feeling. I usually have many hallucinations while hearing amplified wind noises and drum beats. As for tactile, I feel like I am free-falling sometimes.

If I could change my vote in the poll I would add audio and the electricity feeling. The only one I was sure of when I voted was the Suffocation/Difficulty Breathing. I have yet to have any tactile hallucinations or sense any presence.

Audio and electric feeling are by far the most two common for me. Visual effects don't really usually happen until I begin my lucid dream (in my room)

The vibration feeling, almost everyone feels while leaving the body. The feeling that something evil is in the room with me, is just something I have to get over.

I regularly experience sleep paralysis...a lot, and really not on purpose.

I get all those things-and a very wide range of them, except for difficulty breathing which I imagine to really really suck.

Last night I experienced a very intense audio hallucination, which I usually dont.

The sound of the water flowing into my aquarium has recently become louder since the water level has lowered...but what was weird is that I could hear that sound (the water trickling into the aquarium) but it was like there was a voice speaking through the water or it started to sound like a voice (hahah...wtf)... hard to explain. It repeated a phrase over and over. Unfortunately for you guys, I forget the phrase, but fortunately for me, I did because I remember it disturbing to the point of me smacking my head on the wall. -.-

On the blanket? Can you see it, feel it? If you could narrow down the type of hallucination it would help clarify the original question.
