      how long are your lucid dreams?

      now, I'm not talking about "records" here, just an average everyday LD, how long is it?
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

      Too short. They've been getting longer it seems, but they are still only about 1-2 minutes probably and some are still seconds.

      On my best days, they seem to last about 10 minutes.

      Hopefully they will get longer soon..

      It's very hard to say an average but I think most of mine either end in the first 5 seconds or last 15-20 minutes so I would say around 8 minutes on average.

      Dream time or real time?
      I remember up to six dreams a night so it varies. I can't say how long it is in real time because I don't set out to time it and even if I did, I'd have to wake up after each dream.
      Dream time is deceptive.

      Usually anywhere between 2-15 minutes although occasionally I wake up immediately. I find having a goal to achieve prolongs the dream.
