      Losing motivation....school =/

Can anyone PLEASE talk some sense into me!? I've tried for awhile to revive that motivation I had back at th beginning of the year (last August) but it's just not working! I find that I can't concentrate on LDing during the school year....it's not that I have THAT much to focus on with HW and studying...I'm a senior and barely have anything to do. I just feel...distracted.

Can I still properly reality check in school 5 days a week?

I feel that I cannot properly reality check in school for some reason. And as a result of not being able to properly reality check, I cannot master LDing.

anybody wanna help me out? .....please?

Use an external cue eg. light/audio to tell you you are dreaming. No mood/motivation needed, just priming the mind to watch out for the cue. That's the only advice I can give.....

Actually there is a way, though I can't swear on it 'cause it does not use RC's that much. Ye'know how in reality we aren't really aware... Rather almost always daydreaming and stuff... So If you could be aware while you are doing your day activities(a long time at least, if you can't be aware for a whole day... Actually that's very difficult, but at least it is possible to achieve) you could increase your LD's at least a tenfold... I got this idea when I thought why RC's and meditating increase lucid dreams... Though It is also important to remember use RC's just because it's a basic that we need to remember... But doing this, you could increase your Lucid Dreams with lesser RC's... But it really is difficult to maintain awareness, maybe more so than using RC's, but it is a good way to go If you are interested you can always whisper me... And remember, I ain't a god of Lucid Dreaming
      I don't have a signature...

just do your best to stay active as a lucid dreamer. find out what works best for you - dont stop completely just because you think there is no time for it. even spending a few days on DV/dream journaling/RC'ing its better than nothing. you'll also find that somedays (holidays) there will be plenty of time to catch up anyway. isn't easter coming up soon? why don't you spend some time then?

      yeah... thats what I think.

ahh yes, the ole "no time" dilema.

      1.RC's don't take time

2.after school you'll have work, after retirement I'm sure something else that "takes up time" will come up
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
