      problem with my eyes..someone help?

Ok so i'm not quite sure if this is the right section to post this thread but I need some help pretty badly.
So anytime I try WILD,Self-Hypnosis,Meditation,etc and I'm completely relaxed, I'll start to zone out and fall asleep, flash back aware, fall asleep, back aware and so on..but thats not the problem.
In this relaxed state I keep calm and I dont move my eyes, but it seems right as I come back aware and relaxed, my eyes slowly creep open involuntarily until I think "Finally hynogognia!" and I realize what I see is something in my room and my eyes (sometimes just one) are open.
I know this could rarely be a false awakening but it happens alot when i'm beginning to meditate, attempt WILD,etc.

So the problem in a nutshell:
When I'm concentrating and zone out for a second, my eyes open involuntarily.
      How can I stop this?

I dunno how you can stop it, but you can stop the effects by wearing a sleep mask!

I say, just ignore it. If you do it while meditating, you probably do it while deep sleeping, too (but don't notice it).

Thanks Mes Tarrant I'm gonna see about picking one up.
And thanks for the other help but it doesnt work for me.
Ignoring is impossible because it's not comfortable, so its too distracting to ignore. Besides, I can't concentrate on 'nothing' when i'm currently seeing something.
It only happens in meditation when i'm starting and i'm not tired.
I find thats the only thing that works because if i'm not sleepy then my eyes open when i'm thinking vivid thoughts.
