I've heard people say cheese helps their dreams. I've always just assumed that eating anything right before bed, or during a WBTB will give you more vivid dreams. People swear by the strangest things. Everything from chocolate, to apple juice, to bananas.

It could have something to do with B vitamins and tryptamines, as Odd said.
