It is often the case that dreams become all the more vivid and easier to remember if you are interrupted during your REM sleep. Do you find that, after a false awakening, you are able to fall back asleep quickly..?

most of the times ive become lucid was in my bedroom, so maybe its something to do with the familiarity of where you are, that would maybe make the dream more vivid and/or make you see reason/logic.

or maybe its because you have become used to doing RCs the moment you wake up.

thanks for the reply .i usually lucid dream in the morning i set timer 130minutes earlier to wake up and have my waking consiousness, yes i fall easy to sleep after if i wont
when/where you become lucid most of the time?

yes i do reality checks with the expanding finger every morning to know where i am . maybe this is the reason . thanks for reply
