      I thought VILD was Visual Induced Lucid Dream, just another form of WILD.
      I use that since the ability to induce SP was lost, just lay in there waiting to feel sleepy, then stop moving and imagine something hoping to enter a dream.
      I'm not good with WILD, so don't think that was reliable <.<
