For me it has to be MILD. |

You can also tell us what method for having LD works best for you. |

I use DILD and generally have lucids daily, though my dreams are weird for not being weird so that must be why <.< |
None of the LDs I've ever had were intentional. I'd never even realize I was dreaming, they just sort of happened. |
Every night I go to sleep I want to have a lucid dream. In fact, every time I roll over in the middle of the night I want to lucid dream. If I dream 6 times a night, for 365 days a year, for five years, that's 10950 opportunities to LD (this isn't including naps), but I've only become lucid 102 times. That's a .932% success rate. |

Thank you all for your answers 'till now. |
RC often, and you will get DILDS, albeit not as often as you would like... |
Dream on...
i've only achieved lucid dreams through WBTB and DILD. |
I voted less that 50% |

I voted less than 50%, too. And WILDing works the best for me. |
I'm sticking with DILD, which i think works fairly well. lets say in 2 months I've only had about 10 LDs which is about once every six days, which is around 16-17%. as for techniques, I just pay more attention to everything in my waking life. I can't honestly say i've stuck with anything else for these past two months. |

Well, it may be harsh but it's also realistic. It's also all relative. That number may seem low, but if you compare it to others', it may be relatively high. It really is realistic though, considering I LD mainly by DILDs, and those are all the opportunities I have for becoming lucid, and all the times I attempt it. |
I've wanted to lucid dream by will about five times so far- and 3 of them worked, so I voted for "over 50%" |
Oh wait... in my formula I used only since I has been sucefull with lucids (last 5 years)... so if I do the same as Shift and use since I started, my success rate is actually 37.5% <.< |
I don't think is relevant to compute these percents from the very beginning. My intention was to see what level of mastery can be achieved. So if you counted for the last half year or year is fine. |
Ok then: Since joining DV I had lucid dreams on 62 days during the past 365 + 42 days, meaning 62/407 = I have a 15.2334 % chance of becoming lucid on any given day. |
I calculated the same way as Shift did, and I got 16.2162162162162 % chance of becoming lucid. That's pretty bad... I thought I'm better |
