      New here

Hi all, i'm chris. i'm 18 about to be 19 and i've been interested ever since i was a very young child in hallucinations and being in the cartoon world. My main goal is to recreate in dreams the equivalent of LSD induced trips. I would like to know if this is possible with work, to be in a totally screwed up world of dreams that aren't just a little odd, but totally off the wall f-ed up? Umm, I like pink floyd a great deal. wish you were here is my favourite album for some reason. anyways, expect to see me around quite a bit because i think i've found a new passion to pursue.

      Chris.

The only limit is your imagination my friend =)
As for your consious state, sometimes its a little weird kinda like you are trippin, its your surroundings that are the trippy part in LD's mostly
"A knight is sworn to valor.
      His heart knows only virtue.
      His blade defends the helpless.
      His might upholds the weak.
      His word speaks only truth.
      His wrath undoes the wicked."

Impossible is only that which has yet to be imagined

Hey, thanks for the welcome, everyone. i've been obsessedly researching lucid dreams for the past hours. i've printed things from this site and i'm searching the web incessantly. A big thanks to Paperdoll EP for inadvertantly introducing me to this site. I'm a moderator at www.xiandeathrock.net (www.xiangoth.net) and I saw an old post of hers explaining lucid dreams. I'm very glad she posted the link to this site, as I never knew lucid dreaming was something you could directly cause (always thought it was a random thing).

HOly c*ap, man! I had 5 trips in a row, in which i felt i was a little child.
I felt like i was 1-2 years old, and the world seemed realy cartoonish. It was very sunny and pleasant, but not clear. Everything was folding. I saw a woman who was my mother. I saw a very fuzzy sights of my (I assumed it was my) hometown. I assumed it was my childhood, but i'm not sure...
There were a lot of entities, who were tricking me.
For a moment i gasped some VERY old and supressed memories. But it was just a feeling. I havent actually recalled them.
Last trip was after I discovered this site, and i tried to be lucid...
I'm sure that next time i trip I'll get into the same world, but this time i'll be ready...

Anything seems like in your trips? It maybe an interesting thing...

What I'm trying to get again is this trip where I was a little kid again and i saw this drop of water that turned into my dog who is now dead. I just want to explore the unknown universe in my mind while lying in my bed at night. If I have to live in the waking world for 16 hours out of the day, then I want to make the 8 sleeping hours worth it. Oh, by the way, I like your avatar, Ev. I've seen that picture in a portfolio in a bookstore before, but I can't remember the name of the artist. Can you help me out with that?

Thanks, Ev. Now I know who's portfolio to ask for at Barnes and Noble. I'm also going to be ordering a couple prints from this chap.
