More experience will help, but this is more of a dream control problem. I'm assuming you're WILDing, since those are the sorts that usually end up with people stuck to their beds. Your problem is fairly common, and if you use SP to WILD that might be a big contributor.

When it comes to dream control, you need to work on the confidence and understanding that nothing can limit you in dreams, because there ARE no limits. There's no gravity to pull you down into bed, so really you ought to be floating up out of it into the room. There isn't even really a body, it's just your dream body, and so you should be able to shed that and leave it behind. To be terribly cliche, the reason most lucid dreamers are in love with The Matrix. Every piece of advise that Morpheus gives Neo about freeing his mind is directly analogous to being in a dream. There are no rules, no limitations, no air, and no gravity.

If you are using SP, it might be that you're stuck in a mindframe of "My body cannot move" that's inhibiting you once you've actually left that paralyzed body behind. Just try to keep reading about dream control, lots of people struggle with this problem, and there's a lot of good advice out there.
