Thread: Anyone Find they LD more if they are overheated?

It seams that I wake up from all of my LD's (at least the more prominent ones) very hot and usually wrapped in all of my blankets. The times I go to bed chilled with fewer blankets I usually never dream at all. Anyone else ever wake up from most of their LD's with a bit of sweat from all of that flying around and FSU.

When I'm sick, (with a fever) I usually have very weird, vivid dreams. I'll try using 4 blankets tonight, and report back tomorrow.

Sounds to me like its just a way to keep your mind active and focused on heat which could form mental images leading to LDs. Just my opinion but that sounds logical.

No. If I'm too hot I can't sleep at all, I am uncomfortable and wake up often feeling crappy. I suppose you could turn those into WBTBs, but it's such a low quality of sleep all night that it's not worth it to me to even consider.
