Thread: State Testing

Hey guys,

I'm sure this question has been asked loads of times before, but can you recommend different types of state testing during the day that help trigger off lucid dreams? I'd be really interested to know which tests you find to be the most effective!

My favorite is doing a quick memory check, asking, "How did I get here? Does my recent memory make sense?" I also look at my hands and count my fingers. It helps me focus, stabilize my thoughts and awareness, and determine whether I'm in a dream or awake.

I've found that the best way is to combing reality checking (the tutorial that RB gave you) and the daily dreamsign, to use the MILD technique.
