      Question RC question

ive been doing Rc's randomly throughout the day even if i do not notice anything strange... should i Rc only when something abnormal occurs or i notice a dream sign?

also my Rc is Simply Oberserving the room around me.... asking myself if i am dreaming then looking at nearby text or clocks... and i thought this was okay but..

i was talkin to my brother and he said that he just looks at his palms and ask "im i dreaming" and said i should do the same..but i really dont want to change my Rc now...

so the other question i have is is my RC okay because now i am questioning my Rc method..... and dont know if it is acceptable or not

Doing that way seems like an ok way to do it. The way I do it is when something weird or abnormal or if I see a dreamsign in my daily life.

The most important thing about the reality checking is that you want to do a bunch of them, not just have one. So checking the clock or writing is ok, but ideally you'll be combining BOTH of you guys' methods. Ask yourself if you're dreaming, look around, check the time AND check your hands.

As far as when you do it, it depends. Are you trying a MILD technique or just trying to use awareness to get DILDs, or are you keeping a DJ and looking for dreamsigns? Basically, I've found that for my max DILD success, ANY time that you think you ought to RC, RC!!! Whenever you remember the concept of reality checking, RC. When you see dream signs, RC. When you see things that are out of character or just strange or coincidences, RC. When you realize that there was something you should have RCed to earlier in the day, RC.

If you haven't read the RC tutorial yet, click the teeth in my signature, that will take you to it.
