Calm doown everythings fine Welcome to the forum Im GestaltAlteration (GA) I think what you experienced was just a very Realistic dream Audio wise. It is interesting but its nothing to be worried about. You just had a unique dream. I've also waken up thinking somthing in my dream was real....

Also it oculd be your were light sleeping and someone outside was calling your name... Still no big deal..

Well first you boost your dream Recall by keeping a dream journal.

Then Do plenty of reality checks (check if your really in reality when strange events occure)

Be sure to have the last thing your thinking of before falling asleep is wanting to have a lucid dream...

This is a brief summary.. Though you Really should go to the Dream Views Website.

what a freak! -- nah that's cool, i was out camping with my dad when i was 6 or so.... he said about 2 in the morning i started screaming bloody murder and kicking shit... but it didn't wake me up. then i just stopped... so he let me sleep. i had no recollection that i even had a bad dream in the morning... kinda freaky, i think we parked over an ancient indian burial site or something...

      first of all...welcome.

something similar to this has happened to me before....twice actually. it's nothing to worry about really, and I seriously doubt you talk in your sleep.

I did have a non-lucid dream..where I called someone and we talked for a long time, I don't remember what we talked about but anyway, I slowly woke up while I was talking and I was actually speaking after I woke up, I was saying his name...[/b]
as for wanting to know how to lucid dream.....there are many websites that explain how. just do a google search for lucid dreaming...also, a great book to buy is Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Labarge. (it's like...the bible of lucid dreaming XD)other than that, I wouldn't recommend buying anything else, as you can learn to lucid dream on your own, no need to spend money.

also I really like your sig. it's SO true.

one last thing...could you please take time to spell words out properly? people on the board really appreaciate it.

      -thanks, Paperdoll

Personally, I find that the most effective way for me to have a lucid dream is to do it accidently with no effort whatsoever.

Yeah, I guess that doesn't help much...
