No. However, I have thought of something. I'll do it after I get all my induction techniques down (so I won't be interrupted + I'll have consistent LDs) along with mastering dream control.
Basically, the idea goes like this: to create a world that is basically a medieval/fantasy setting. But that's all I'll come up with. Basically, I will start by making a LD location that is sort of like a "base" for my LDs. One room will be pretty much dedicated to a portal that I can set to take me anywhere I please. Now, using this portal, I will teleport to the world, where I'll limit my dream powers to only that which would be realistic for the location (except for when I really need them). After that, I'll explore the world and learn about it by experience and asking DCs some questions. What I learn, I'll write down in a real life journal, since that's just fucking cool! I'll probably take note of the information so the next time I visit the place it won't be completely different. Hopefully I'll have some awesome adventures as I become a part of that world. Plus I'll have a whole world invented on paper with little effort.
You might be thinking, "but dreams are unstable/unpredictable/etc." I think this can be solved simply by going along logically and if I don't expect anything out of place to happen, it won't. I assume this because of how many people I've seen with recurring dream locations who don't have a problem with it.
There are also two other benefits that I can think of. The first that I'll get practice being more aware in dreams, because if I lose my lucidity in one of these "other world" dreams it would probably fuck things up. Second that I might dream about this world unintentionally and get lucid from that.
EDIT: Also, before this, I'd probably experiment with time dilation in dreams. If I could be in a different world for a whole day every night, that would literally be an alternate life.

lol, how pessimistic.
