It sounds like you might have started to wake up and thus gone into some form of sleep paralysis. You could try DEILDing if it happens again, or focusing on something in the dream to try to stay asleep. |

the last time I have become lucid i felt a pulsing sensation in my head, and with every pulse it got brighter until the dream ended rather quickley. |

ive had this happen. Hidden is right but if the dream is fading try stabilizing the dream by spinning or rubbing your hands together! it worked for me. |

Or try grabbing on to the pole that you're sure is right next to you. That didn't actually work for me, but it was interesting to wake up while holding onto something in a dream. |
