The main question is what is WBTB, is it wake-back-to-bed method, and what is MILD method?
About the limbs. I know why people still feel them when they are missing. It is because the area in your brain that repesents your finger is next to the area that repesents your face and your face is next to your lips, so on and so on. Now when someone looses a finger (or a leg) the area that represent your missing limb shrinks and the area that is next to it grows bigger (over the old area). In the case of the finger, if it went missing after a while, the face area in the brain will grow over the area that was represented by the finger so when a certain area on the face is touched, you will feel your missing limb. This is know as phantom pain.
oh yeah what is the uberman sleep-cycle?
Thanks everyone.
Peace
