to increase your chances of waking up drink some water before sleep |
|
So yesterday I biked for 20 miles, played soccer for one hour and then walked for 3 hours just before I went to bed. As you might understand I just hit the sack and fell asleep almost immidietely. Usually I wake up in the middle of the night with a dream or 2 fresh in mind. Today woke up in the morning and couldnt remember 1 single thing. This is the first time this has happend in a week. I know exercise helps me sleep better but does too much physical activity reduce the chance of remembering dreams/getting lucids? |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
Could be just a small dry spell you hit, or just a coincidence. I don't know much about the correlation between fatigue and dreaming, but it would be sensible to think that since your body is tired, your mind could be tired? Perhaps. |

Lucid Dream Goals: [X]Fly []Have a pokemon battle []summon an undead []look at a mirror, and have my image do something i am not doing.
"I think we dream so we don't have to be apart so long. If we're in each others dreams, we can be together all the time." -Hobbes
I would think the more fatigued you are, the deeper your sleep is going to be. Deeper sleep often makes it harder to recall dreams (and harder to become lucid as well). |
