      Fatigue equals no dream recall?

So yesterday I biked for 20 miles, played soccer for one hour and then walked for 3 hours just before I went to bed. As you might understand I just hit the sack and fell asleep almost immidietely. Usually I wake up in the middle of the night with a dream or 2 fresh in mind. Today woke up in the morning and couldnt remember 1 single thing. This is the first time this has happend in a week. I know exercise helps me sleep better but does too much physical activity reduce the chance of remembering dreams/getting lucids?

Could be just a small dry spell you hit, or just a coincidence. I don't know much about the correlation between fatigue and dreaming, but it would be sensible to think that since your body is tired, your mind could be tired? Perhaps.

I would think the more fatigued you are, the deeper your sleep is going to be. Deeper sleep often makes it harder to recall dreams (and harder to become lucid as well).
