      Details of Dream Journal?

      Hi

I can often recall many details from my dreams, such as the weather and people's hair colours etc, I'm sure many people can. But when you write your dream journal, is it important to write down every bit you remember? I mean it could be fun, but is it necessary from a LDing perspective (by that I mean becoming a better LDer)? Because I can get bored writing every detail such as those things I mentioned especially if they aren't really that "important"

I dont think its important to write down every single detail of your dream. when you wake up all you need to do is write down enough of the dream so that you can remember what happened when you read it.

      ^Probably

I think it can be very important. If he wants to discover a dream sign, every detail would help.

I normally dont. Wich is, a really bad habit.

I think the more you write, the better. You dont HAVE to write everything, I'm sure youd be fine if you didnt. But, if you DO write it, thats better.

I'd say if you want every advantage you can get, write it. But if your short on time, you dont have to.

Well since you said "sometimes" and not "always" it would be important to write as much as you can (before getting bored), after all, that helps to find dream signs. Unless you got natural recall <.<
