      Post Time to start again!

      I stopped trying to LD for a few months due to loss of hope and other reasons! I was diagnosed with ADD and have medication for it so hopefully it will help me concentrate on RCs and other techniques! But my plan is to start again!

      I would also be happy with having great recall of my dreams cause that would satisfy me!

      My Plan:
      -Write in my DJ for a month straight to build up recall
      -Then start basic techniques for another month or two
      -Then move on to more advanced techniques afterwords

      I feel like I need to take little steps to make this work! Dreaming in general just fascinates me!
      Hahaha I just had a lucid dream last night!

      It's good that you've got a plan. Keep in mind if you can remember a couple dreams a night (vividly), you're ready to start a reality check regimen. After a couple weeks, you should have an idea about what the common contents of your dreams are (dream signs).

      I am confused what you mean by "basic" versus "advanced" techniques.
