During vivid dreaming, you're supposed to be paralyzed. If you are certain you sleepwalk during vivid dreaming (REM sleep), you probably have a sleep disorder. I'd check with a doctor. Best case scenario is that you only sleep walk during slow wave sleep (as normal people). If you sleepwalk during REM, maybe you can circumvent movement by hovering everywhere, or by viewing things from a third person perspective. |
