      a funny thing happend last night

      Last night I was having a dream where I was sat next to my brother was telling him about Lucid Dreaming: "Usually throughout the day you have a constant stream of thoughts which stop you from being fully in the moment, and the same thing happens in dreams, and you just need to pause and reflect for a moment to become lucid" Sudenly I did just that and instantly realised that I was infact dreaming whilst saying that, and became Lucid but freaked out and woke up.

      Also something i've noticed a few times when i've realised i'm dreaming but then wake up, is that I get a weird sensation at the back of my eyes or my head somewhere, it feels maybe like my eyes are flickering around really fast, kind of like theyre having a seizure, maybe it's what they do in rem sleep and like i suddenly tune in to it.

      Mmm... Reminds me of the only Lucid I've had that lasted past the "breaking through" stage, and the way that one ended was that I heard my mom closing the bathroom door (which is across from my room). I was on top of a girl in my bed in my dream, and then I hear the sound of the b-room door slamming, and the sound came from behind me (because in the position I was in, my back would be facing the door) Only when I woke up I was lying supine, so the sound was really coming at me from the front.
