      Scary insomnia

Past three nights, when I go to bed, my body is in natural *lets try to WILD* mode, and I can't help it. I can't stop it *I know night wilding fails*, I can't even fall asleep even if I want to normally, and I have had to use tranquillizers to fall to sleep and I fall asleep 2,3 hours after.

I can only hope this job-related jitters and not me messing up my sleep cycle.

Man you said exactly what i was feeling nights ago for more than 1 month...
My body and brain was in "WILD mode" trying to WILD everytime i was in bed...

This made me imsomniac and even if i not wanted to try to WILD, i was trying to and i wasn't sleepping good...

Now i'm sleepping less much...Now i'm able to WILD again...

Just try to sleep less and sleep tired...You'll come to normal soon

Have you considered focusing on achieving dream-induced-lucid-dreams instead?

Well, I used to have that ability in its raw, unrefined form... until '08 came around and I lost that ability for reasons unknown.

Found out I was going to bed not tried enough, must have been jittery. Had a good nights rest after three days of insomnia- it was scary for a while.

      Thank you for your concern!

If I try to wild at night and it fails, I cant fall asleep for at least an hour. I don't know why it happens.
