Good Morning everybody...
I'm having trouble with my recall lately. I know one of the first rules in recalling and in trying to attain lucidity is not to be impatient or get frustrated, but I'm having a difficult time with that. So, I've decided to try to quit smoking pot for a while, or at least cut back to only doing it occasionally (with friends or at parties or whatnot) instead of all day every day. I've read a lot of the threads on THC affecting recall; I know for some people smoking doesn't affect their recall, but from past experience, I am well aware that mine is definitely better when I'm not smoking.
So. It's been four days days since I've had a puff. I'm reminding myself that the overwhelming emotions that tend to hit me when I quit are just temporary, that things will chill out more the longer I've gone without pot. Wish me well.
