Well, you just have to force yourself to keep writing in it. I know sometimes it seems like an imposition, but you need to do it anyway. Maybe if you write yourself a to-do list, or post sticky notes around your house saying "write in dream journal" it would make it easier. If you make it seem creative or fun in some way, it might motivate you more. And once you get into the habit of doing it every day, it'll probably be as much a part of your routine as brushing your teeth or putting on deodorant. |

if you have a very good dream (Ld or not) than it will encourage you, cause you will want more |

I had trouble with DJ motivation for a while, but I noticed it was because I was way behind on my DJ. What I like to do is, once awake, I jot down the dream using sentence frags and whatnot. I try not to write the entire dream in correct format in my notebook because I know I'll have to do it again later online. I then put it online later on when I get a chance. I try to keep it up to date as possible because once you have fallen behind it seems like a chore to type them up. You could also do this the opposite way. Write your dreams in depth on paper, and then summarize them online. Either way it will shave some time. Just a thought. As for motivation, once you have an LD use that as motivation. They are truly amazing! Good Luck! |
