Its a REM cycle. It just cycles round and round. Basically, you will just have another REM period. And another, and another. |

I'd imagine after the 5th cycle it would all pretty much be REM until you wake up. |

Like slash said, your REM keeps cycling back. What he might've forgotten to mention is that each REM period gets longer and longer as you sleep throughout the night. |

I have never slept that long before... do you get more dreams out of it? |

I find the lucid dreams are less vivid if you are asleep that long. Once I sleep past 9 hours my lucid dreams are not very vivid nor do they last long. |
