Usually on weekends, it's easier for me to have lucid dreams. I don't know if I would go as far to say I can have lucid dreams at will, but if I really want one, I can have one. Most of the I'm too lazy to even make an attempt to have a lucid dream. To have a lucid dream, I generally have to be thinking of lucid dreaming while I'm falling asleep. I also have to pray for a lucid dream before I go to bed. Most of the time praying works for me. I try to be specific in what kind of lucid dream I want though, or else, I usually don't have one. I guess praying works for me so much because I have it engraved in my mind either subconsciously or consciously that the the deity I believe in will always grant my wishes if I take the time to have a long prayer.
Lucid dreaming makes for a wonderful night's play.

Hopefully someday I'll find a technique that gives me one every night, but right now I'm just trying for 1 a week

Just gotta ask...what emotion is this? ;( I've never seen one of those before...

That aside, I also dream of this. I'm kinda putting all my eggs in the MILD basket for three reasons: one, I'm too lazy to get up every single night and WILD/WBTB. Two, if it really does soak into your brain on a long-term basis, the amount of effort it requires should *theoretically* decrease over time, as it becomes ingrained, habitual behavior. Third, it is more certain than DILDing, which seems to be sporadic and unpredictable. This way, I'm really taking matters into my own hands.

:yumdumdoodledum: Weird smiley...perhaps it should be in my signature...

I meant to do sad face.
I haven't really read the MILD tutorial after being well-informed, I'll go do that now. I know that it's LaBerge's favourite technique.

no I can not have em at will unfortunately- that is my main goal though
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
