Using dream 'weaknesses' to trigger lucidity

I have been observing my own dream 'weaknesses' as I call it, it's actually the function in dreams that are unstable. I have a few....Sizing; like fitting a lightbulb to it's socket that is either slightly too big(loose) so I can keep screwing it in at no end or the screw base does not fit in although it looks like it will fit, State change; I left some laundry out and went to bring it in, I turn my back it's out there again, Daylight; it can be nightime and then daytime the next moment. I have been lucid before because of it so I think this is a great idea to use as a trigger for lucidity but each person is different and may have their own dream 'weaknesses' so it's worth to find them out..... It'll be interesting if someone could explain Y it happens.

Everyone's dreams are different. But YES, that's a great trigger!

You have some interesting "weaknesses" in your dreams. I never really touch objects/work with them in dreams. My dreams are all action and being in a place. I don't know if I have any weaknesses or not.
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I had it change from day to night during a false awakening a couple weeks ago and I didn't catch it!

I think it can be implanted or incubated by incorporating it into waking lifestyle but it has to be natural not like.."I'm doing this for LDing". It so happens you moved an item but use it like "Ok this reminds me of the dream phenominon, lets see if it's still there". I don't know about other people but my subconcious does not like the idea of lucid dreaming so any attempt to 'implant' anything that has the idea of lucid dreaming never gets in the dream.

It would be absolutely fascinating to see if you could use your lucidity to find out why you have those reocurring problems/weaknesses in your dreams. It seems like they would have some meaning.

Anyway, using any dreamsign like that definitely helps you become lucid if you RC at them. Some people use nightmares to become lucid. Personally, I'd have dreams of being chased when I was younger, and it always felt like I was running in molasses. Eventually I figured out the pattern and started RCing when it happened. Then I could just jump up and fly away.

Nightmares are very stimulating(fearfully....) to the mind so it's a high chance it gets so overwhelmed by what's going on that the dreamer 'snaps' into higher awareness and sometimes I don't even need to RC but it's like I said fearfully because the fear is what drives me to be lucid but also gives me an excuse to want to wake up so I get nothing done.
