Lucid dreaming hasn't been a priority of mine since school started. I have had a lot to catch up on, but recently things have got a little less hectic so i have decided to give it a shot again. I am going to go to bed at 2am, (I have school around noon) wake up at 8am each day for a WBTB WILD, and then wake up again at about 11:30, and write down in my DJ. I am also going to eat more greens and fruits, as I heard this can help with dream awareness. Sound like a good idea? |
