I used to have the same problem but now I have great flights...

Maybe gravity only exists because you think it does. Try imagining yourself falling upwards, being drawn to the sun or something. Like that song... "If I could fall, into the sky..." It worked for me last night.

Or hold hands with a dream person, and try to assume that they are better at flying at you and will guide you.

Guinevere had good tips. If you have confidence you wont fall, then you won't.

Practice will help, too. Just have confidence.
