Hi, just saw another artical site about a lucid dreaming success story by someone. Made me think.....apart from being naturally born with a brain that does not fully sleep, is the ability to lucid dream regularly like a few per week dependant on our perception of reality as a dream? I mean as in like someone who has zero lucid dreams and then after years of percieving everyday life as lucid dreaming has a few per week. I haven't been able to successfully percieve reality as a dream because of safety issues I have with my already weak perception of reality but instead have to see reality as reality and think lucid dreaming from there to hopefully induce one, so far it's squeezing water from a rock literally. I also believe from experience that I dream what I percieve for real not what I think could be. I'm thinking does one really have to believe that reality is a dream and live it for real...like a dream... .
