I usually put my alarm clock half an hour before I have to get up. So I can lie in bed for a little longer. That's just my thing |

i actually attempted the same thing this morning after hitting snooze like 3 times and experiencing hypnagogic hallucinations each time. i then decided to just sleep for another 30 minutes and had a pretty trippy dream although it wasnt lucid i still had a false awakening in it before waking up. ive come to realize that taking a nap after being awake for a few hours is hands down the most effective method of becoming lucid for me. ill have 2-3 lucid dreams a week on average now however my levels of lucidity vary. if WILD is working for you in the morning perhaps you should try it a little later in the day when your brian is more aware. |

Nice, Denise! It sounds like you are making good progress. Once you start seeing some HI, stay calm, sit back, and try to immerse yourself within the images/scenes. Basically, once you figure out how to get yourself into SP, all you have do is practice. Just keep practicing and WILDs will become easier and easier for you. Good Luck! |
