      Apple juice causing LDs?

      I heard from a friend that it worked. I dunno.. can anyone give this theory a little back up?

      i dont think it causes LD's...but it will help make the dreams more vivid from what i hear.

      Well,wether it was the apple juice,the somewhat WBTB,the hypnosis thingy,or just the power of suggestion;I had a LUCID DREEEAAAMM!!! last night. Sorry,I'm just like UBER excited about this.

      Well if it does get your dreams more vivid Igotta try it out. Cheeder cheese is the best food for that btw

      all I know is milk+reading DJ prior to sleep+enough sleep= excellent dream recall for me
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

      No food will ever cause a lucid dream :\
      You might remember dreams more vividly, but they will certainly not induce a lucid all by themselves. There is no magic pill or food that will work overnight.
