I've been asking myself similar questions lately too: how to teach a young person to LD, what age should someone reach before you teach someone LD, should you teach a young person to LD, what would be the benefits of living in a society where everyone LDs? |

I think the best way is to ask her about her dreams whenever you see her as a start. Funny you posted this. I just told my parents, when I have kids, I am going to teach them how to lucid dream from a young age. |

You could try giving her fun lucid tasks to accomplish. |
