stuck at the location your phyiscially at...

Hi im 25 and have had several lucid experiences, But most of them have not been satisfying. I usually wake up at the eksakt spot where i am asleep and get a erie feeling then try too breathe trough my noose with the fingers blocking the nostrils. If i still can breathe i know im dreaming. So far so good right....
But im having problems with the vivideness and getting out of the room im sleeping in(like last night a cabin at my dads boat). I just float around in the room im at getting annoyed i cant get out(this has happend at several diffrent locations). Any advise? im totally aware im dreaming, but vividness is usually unsharp and im trapped at my current location. One time the same thing at my bedroom and the same thing happpend. walked around got annoyed and bored with it all and finally decide to wake up. Then i wake up falsely do the nosebreathing thing and do the same thing all over again many times untill i wake up for real. I find this so interessting and would really like to explore it but i seem stuck at the room im at when i sleep.... plz help me.

Often times you will find yourself in the same location that you fell asleep in (especially with WILDs). Remember, it is a lucid dream, you can always try ramming/busting through the walls, jumping up through the ceiling, turning invisible and walking through the walls, pull a grenade out of your pocket and blow a hole in the side of the house, dive out of the window, melt/pass through the walls/windows, etc. There are endless ways to get out of your location. Just try to get creative with it and you will find a method that works for you. I often just push and force myself to melt through the walls of the house if there aren't any windows. Good Luck!

Actually, I would suggest several stabilization and vividness techniques (theres a tutorial) before trying to explode a wall. Things like that can easily kick you out of a dream.
      Bollocks.

Ok, and after the stabilization and vividness has increased, Numeron is trapped in a crystal clear/vivid room, lol. Though stailization techniques are a great way to start a lucid (especially if they unclear/fuzzy), thats not going to help he/she get out of the room. I know exactly what he/she is talking about when it comes to being trapped in the place you fell asleep in. The grenade was simply an example to express the creativity a dreamer can use to conquer any problems they may face. I, personally, either dive out of the window (if there is one), or try to melt/pass through the walls. If you have trouble melting through the walls try putting your back to the wall and walk backwards through it. You could take off running and ram through it as well. Good Luck to you!

Just visualize someplace new, and it will become real. You want to make the visualization as real as possible. Imagine your new body, and engage all your senses, including movement.

Or, my personal favourite thing to use is my voice.

Try shouting out loud "TELEPORT ME TO THE BEACH" or wherever you want to go. Or something along those lines.

Some people say this is crap, but I find it very useful.
