I noticed binaural waves on the list. Might I also recommend isochronic tones?

They're like binaurals, but more powerful. I started a thread on this somewhere in the lucid aids section...perhaps I'll retrieve it when I have a moment.
Also see the LD experience checklist in the Dream Control forum (should be somewhere on the first page still). There's a great list at the bottom of page 1, I believe. You may have to scroll up a bit.

Sudoku, seriously?

High level Sudoku requires some badass knowledge of it... they are many techniques to solve it : http://www.sudopedia.org/wiki/Solving_Technique I don't even understand half of them
