      A wonderful experience

Well, last night while I was going to be I immediately reached SP. That was actually the first time I've reached SP and it was a very weird feeling. Then I started to hear children laughing which wasn't frightening... it was more of an interesting experience. At this point I couldn't hear my outside environment, all I heard was children laughing. I could not move at all mind you , I couldn't feel my limbs nor body. For some reason I freaked out and forced myself awake. I feel that I've ruined a great chance to have an LD because I reached SP so easily. It was an incredible experience.

Yeah SP can be real freaky sometimes. While waking up from a lucid dream this morning I was stuck in SP for a few minutes, and even though this has happened many times before I started sketching out real hard.

Nice. I really want to induce SP (I can if I really want to, because every time I lie on my back it seems to happen), but I'm frightened at the same time.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
