Okay, So all the times I have tried to achieve SP while napping (I can not do the WBTB method because I have found it either hard to wake up or get back to sleep) So yeah I attempted a wild a while ago and my body got numb but I could still move if I really wanted to and it felt like I had wax covering my body. I tried twitching a tad bit to see if that would send a signal to my brain that I was not all the way into paralysis yet that helped a little and I got more numb and closer to it. So next I am seeing the HI within the darkness of my eye lids (With me it is green swirls just spinning around freely) and I will hear random voices and random images will pop into my minds eye. Suddenly my eyes tried to open for some reason and I was still awake. Any suggestions? I plan on achieving paralysis and rolling out of my body using a technique I seen in a salt cube LD training video. |
