      Lucid Dream Recall

      I am using myself as an example.

      People usually have around 7 dreams a night but don't remember them and I recall about 1 dream a night, with one being lucid about every 2 weeks. So 1 in 14 dreams I recall are lucid ones. But since those are only dreams I RECALL from working it out does that really mean I have 1 lucid every 2 days?

      For most people remembering LD's is easier than remembering regular dreams. Also I usually wake up after a lucid dream, so I always remember it. So I don't think people have that many LD's, but there might be some you don't recall.

      Eh, even if you forget everything you did within a LD, you will at least remember that you had the LDitself (most of the time). Its much harder to forget about having a lucid dream than a normal dream, mainly because you wake up at the end of a lucid. Nearly all lucids that get forgotten completely are very brief LDs where you quickly lose lucidity.

      Strangely, I remembered a very quick LD where I lost lucidity, and DIDN'T wake up during the night. (And yes, that was my only one )
