I had a similar case where upon realization that I'm dreaming via pointing out that my brother had 6 fingers, things got violent and I had to jump out the window..

I think it was the first semi-lucid dream I had.

So, next time I should change dream-scene immediately? like spin?

If you are desperate to get away, yes. But be aware that sometimes spinning causes people to lose lucidity. If you are good at dream control, try to control the situation yourself.
