      Good ways to prolong lucid dreams?

      Hey

      I've been having some success with lucid dreams lately, but they're not very long I just wanted to know about the methods you can use to prolong lucid dreams. Wasn't rubbing your hands one?

      trial and error is always good, that way you'll find the stuff that works for you... sometimes it doesn't work for everyone

      like spinning - it works for me, but some people find it nauseating

      Rubbing your hands together is a common method. It also helps to just focus on the images around you for a moment and let the details become more clear.
