enlighten me please.. i m worried..
Ok, first off...it's not anything needing some eastern-religion-like 'enlightenment'! Don't listen to anyone who tells you you're getting in touch with some hindu god...for one thing that's wrong, but for another thing, it's waaaaay over-reacting.
I had a similar experience with my first WILD. It seemed pretty serious to me at first too, but I ended up getting over it after a few days by just facing my fear of WILDing. I saw that eye as well, a lot of times when I wasn't even asleep, and it scared me at first, but then I started to just stare back at it and eventually it didn't bother me to have it there. I also didn't try to lucid dream again for a couple days and just catch up on lost sleep, because even when I was sleeping, it wasn't deep enough to make me recover. I plugged in headphones for a couple nights and left a light on to keep my mind distracted and unafraid, and pretty soon I was back to sleeping like normal and I could conquer my WILD fear on more reasonable terms. I never went to a doctor or anything, but like Conzo said, that part is your choice.
Last of all, the most important thing I did was pray to Jesus Christ for peace and comfort. If you want to say something about my beliefs, send me a PM; don't do it in this thread, as this is not the place for a discussion like that and I will not respond to you here. I'm just saying that this is the #1 thing that solved the physical side effects and the mental fear for me.
Hope this helps ya!
